  • All registrations must be completed by the teacher registering for the APSI.
  • Registrations are processed by the APSI through the College Board’s registration site for all APSIs.
  • Registration links below will link to the official WaltonAPSI registration website.
    • When you click on “Register for this APSI” button on the webpage, you will be linked to the professional sign-in page at the College Board.
      • If you do not yet have a professional account with College Board, you will be prompted to complete the information for an educator account.

FEES:

Early Registration: Save $125.00 per registration!
Early Registration fee of $650.00 applies to all registrations received through February 28, 2023 and PAID by either credit card or PO on file with the APSI. Our PO terms: Net 30.
General Registration fee is $775.00 from March 1 through June 16, 2023.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

CREDIT CARD DURING REGISTRATION:This is the preferred method of payment. Accepted during registration are Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
Registration received through this payment method are confirmed and finalized.
 
CREDIT CARD AFTER REGISTRATION IS SUBMITTED: We will send a link. When a registration is received we prepare an invoice and send it to the person listed on the registration form as being responsible for payment. The invoice includes a link to pay electronically using a variety of options for credit cards, bank direct and ACH payments.
Registration received through this payment method are reserved pending receipt of payment.
 
CHECK / PURCHASE ORDERS: When a registration is received we prepare an invoice and send it to the person listed on the registration form as being responsible for payment. The invoice includes instructions for mailing a check or processing a PO. We must have an actual PO emailed to us at waltonapsi@gmail.com within seven days of date of registration or written communication from the school or district if this timeline cannot be met. All POs are Net 30. If the school or district policies require different payment arrangements, please contact us at waltonapsi@gmail.com or by phone at 770-833-8818.

COLLEGE BOARD APSI SCHOLARSHIP: Registrants can indicate they are Scholarship recipients at the time of registration. The Scholarship award letter must be sent via email to us at waltonapsi@gmail.com.
Registration received through this payment method are reserved pending receipt of the award letter.
 
BILL.COM and ACH payment is also available as are many direct-pay programs through many districts’ vendor supplier programs.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

If the APSI cancels a session, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded.

  • Most courses require a minimum enrollment of 10 participants.
  • Courses with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled on or before May 30, 2023.
  • Participants will be notified by email if the APSI must cancel a session.
  • Full refunds will be processed and submitted to the individual or school who paid the registration fee.
  • The APSI will not be responsible for any charges related to travel or other personal expenses.
Registrants who cancel their registration in writing by June 1, 2023 will receive a full refund of the amount paid less cancellation fee of $100.00.
Registrants who cancel after June 01, 2023 do not receive a refund but substitutions may be made in most instances after June 1st.

  • Any participant who registered but has not yet paid for a workshop, who does not cancel in writing by June 1, 2023 and who does not attend, must still submit payment in full
All payments are made directly to the Walton APSI and NOT College Board.
