Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?

Yes, an email confirmation will be sent to the participant and to the person listed as the billing contact.

Can I register for AP Capstone Seminar or AP Capstone Research here?

Capstone registrations will open in late January 2026.

How do I access my registration to make changes or to cancel?

You will need to return to the registration site (there are links in your confirmation email) and use your confirmation number to access your registration. Make necessary modifications and submit. Perhaps the easiest way to email the APSI and we will handle changes for you. You would do the same to cancel.

What are the APSI payment options?

Credit card: processed during the initial registration

Direct link: You will receive an email with a direct link to pay using a credit card after the registration form is submitted

Purchase Orders: issued by a school or district must be received by the APSI to confirm registration

How are refunds processed?

Refunds are processed in accordance with the cancellation and refund policy.

When and how do I get the APSI materials?

All APSI materials will be delivered digitally and will be available to download to your computer when the event opens for early access on June 1, 2026.

If I want hardcopies of the APSI materials, how can I get them?

Hardcopies of the APSI session materials will be available for purchase from the College Board Store using your Professional Educator Account.

Do I need special video equipment to attend the Online WaltonAPSI?

No. You will need a computer with internet access. The camera and microphone on the computer is all you need to join the sessions and to work on asynchronous assignments.

What kind of technical help is offered while attending the Online WaltonAPSI?

We have IT specialists on staff to help you during the APSI sessions. They will assist you with questions or issues you may have regarding login, site use, downloading materials, etc.

When will I have access to the LMS both before and after the actual session of the Online WaltonAPSI?

Our APSI LMS will be live as of June 1, 2026 and you will have access through July 31, 2026.

Where do I go to login to the actual APSI session?

Your login will be emailed to you June 1st when you can begin login and downloading of APSI materials.

Will I have homework?

Roughly ¼ – ⅓ of your APSI sessions will be asynchronous, and there will be assignments or learning expectations associated with asynchronous sessions. You can decide to work asynchronously at your discretion.

What do I do if I am interrupted or something happens with my internet connection?

Get back on the session as soon as you can and send an email to your consultant explaining what happened. In order to receive full credit you must complete all work.
